Blessed to have received these words of encouragements from #ArchbishopDesmondTutu. It was a very special moment. In May 2015, for the anniversary of the Abolition of slavery in #Guadeloupe, in partnership with the Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights, the students of the High Performing School, which I had co-founded with #AlanBoone in an underprivileged suburb of Paris, were in Guadeloupe to perform in front of 1,600 high school students, the play #SpeakTruthtoPower from Kerry Kennedy‘s collection of testimonies of great Human Rights Defenders. #ArchbishopDesmondTutu was unable to attend, but encouraged us and « young Brothers and Sisters from Guadeloupe to stimulate and raise the awareness regarding #humanrights and #dignity »
